December Snapshot 2024
I’m currently sitting tucked cozy under the covers at 8PM. Bringing the Christmas magic is both such an immense privilege I don’t take for granted as a mother, but it’s also exhausting. After a full festive season of family gatherings, outings, decking our halls, baking, purchasing and wrapping presents and a full morning at church leading worship (in my pj’s as it was Pyjama day!), I am tuckered out but slowly feeling the pep returning to my step. I started this little online scrapbook in 2014 and it’s surreal to think I’ve kept this up for a decade. I still don't plan to promote this for an audience nor do I think it’s format will change much this upcoming year, but I am thankful for this little corner of the internet in a way that feels genuine and authentic as well as allows my children privacy and anonymity. My viewership appears to be a small select few that I know IRL and if you’ve followed along thus far, I want to think you and hope you have felt I have shared something worthwhile. To anyone reading this, I hope you and yours have had a wonderful holiday and happy new year.
