Snapshot of April '24

There’s a saying that goes, “April showers brings May flowers.” April has been a month of dichotomy where highs and lows co-existed. The lows were not based around events, but centred around the challenges of childhood and childrearing. The highs included finishing a successful first year of studies, the boys starting music lessons and my daughter performing her heart out at her school performance [Glee club here she comes]! I exit April a little depleted and heartbroken, but praying May will bring us metaphorical flowers.
